- I had a full hysterectomy a year ago and have been going through an induced menopause ever since, I was just wondering how long it is likely to last as i know it is not as long as a normal menopause. I will not take HRT.

- Jane on I had a partial hysterectomy at the age of 28 for fibroid tumors. I already had 4 kids, and had been suffering for a couple of years. I turned 40 just 2 months ago, and have been having hot flashes for about 6 weeks, is it menopause or something else? We don’t have medical insurance, so going to the doctor to run the normal test for menopause is not an option.

umm gurl im zo jaloers van u rite nu dit wens ik ik. geen .if begon ik u identiteitskaart gelukkig ben was. .but 17 van laat vriendelijk is maar ik hoorde dat iedereen begin in verschillende tijden uw enkel recent.
Sounds like you are still a bit underweight for your height. Has your doctor considered starting you on birth control pills? I’m not sure how they would work in your situation, but I have had to use them in the past to get my period going and regular (not for sexual protection). I wish I could be more help.
Go see your doctor again and see what she thinks of your weight gain. She may want you to put on a little more weight and start you on some hormone replacement.
some women just start later I had a friend that started at 18, if your doctor is not worried then you should not be either, just continue meeting with your dr on a regular basis.
Maybe you should try going to the docter again this sounds serious dont worry about kids if get a good job and make alot of money you can adopt there are million of kids that never had parents and need a home.
I feel bad that you are in this situation. It stinks! I’m sure you are beautiful even with little *****. There are a lot of guys who prefer little ones to big ones. And . . . go back to your GYN and tell her that you still haven’t gotten your period. Perhaps there is a hormone treatment he/she can put you on.
Also, I had a friend who didn’t get her period until she was 17, either. Some people don’t get it until later.
It might be time for you and your parents and doctor to start thinking about hormonal therapy to see if that will jump start you pituitary gland. You need to consider the pro’s and con’s of taking hormonal treatment. There are pro’s and con’s to think of with every medical intervention but it might be something that might do you good in the short term. Talk to your parents and your doctor and you should be able to come to an agreement about a treatment plan. Good luck.
Try asking your doctor if there are any other natural options, and if there are none, try pills or (not sure if there is such thing but)surgery.hope you will get soon!
this worked for me but u rly gotta be determined. drink like 1 BIG cup of milk everyday and eat vitamins. get active for at least 1 hour a day. it took 2-3 months of me but it was worth it. goodluck
