I turned 40 just 2 months ago, and have been having hot flashes for about 6 weeks, is it menopause or something else? We don’t have medical insurance, so going to the doctor to run the normal test for menopause is not an option.”
I’m going to school to be a medical assistant, and we learned that women who have hysterectomies, tend to start menopause early. There’s also pre-menopause that women can go through as early as in their 30′s. My mom is 43 and is going through menopause. she also had a partial hysterectomy. I think it is very likely that you’re going through menopause.

well if you are a woman then yes it sounds like the beginning of menopause… however if you are a man, idk what to tell ya…
