When I really started to notice, I started walking everyday, and replacing my sweet tea with bottled water. I did this for 3 weeks, and never lost a single pound. I have since then, put on a few more pounds, joined a gym and dieted even more, the healthy way. Still cannot lose a pound. I have heard this can be caused by pre-menopause. hormone ? Thyroid? I had a full blood panel done 1 year ago at the doctors office, where they checked all that, and it was normal. I have never had a problem dropping a few pounds if I needed to. I am completley baffled? Any suggestions ladies?
